Brilliant service from Newtown Motors this week! Andy on reception was super helpful and gave me a warm welcome which I find pretty rare in garages! The lady on the desk was lovely too!!
The booking was made for an MOT only (my company had made a mistake when booking!) but Andy booked in the service as I requested and obtained the required authorisation! The MOT and service took a couple of hours and I picked up a beautifully cleaned car inside and out! WOW! Thank you Andy and the team in Newtown Motors!

First of all I'd like to say a massive thank you to Newtown motors. I purchased my car just a few months ago and it developed a fault. The fault took several weeks to be repaired due to a back order of the parts needed. Obviously this is out of control of Newtown motors as the part had to come from Germany. They did everything humanly possible to make things easier for me. I had 2 courtesy cars over the period, 1 of which was actually delivered to my home address with a full tank of fuel. They also kept me up to date with all the latest information regarding my vehicle being repaired.

This is a genuine review and I cannot emphasise how good Newtown Motors have been throughout this difficult and stressful time. And I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them, as they have shown when I was in time of need to use the after care customer service. They went above and beyond.

I have had my Nissan Juke for two years and purchased it from a dealer in Newport, I had my first service with them and they did not seem to care about me or my car and only interested in my money.
I got chatting to a man in a hairdressers in Newport who said about Newtown Motors in Cwmbran.
I took my car there for its 2nd service and it was a totally different experience, the staff seem to enjoy there work and treat you as if you have been a customer for years. They gave me a lift and picked me up from town when it was done.
It was a reasonable cost as well and when my finance finishes I will replace it with Newtown Motors.

The staff were courteous, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this dealer for their honesty and integrity, as I initially went to what i thought was my local dealer in Newport, it turns out they were not a new Nissan dealer at all, just a specialist and not manufacture approved. Please be aware !!! when looking for your local Nissan dealer.
