First up was a trip to The Hog’s Head in Abergavenny on Saturday June 4th for the Monmouthshire Classic and Vintage Vehicle Show. As is the case every year at this event, there was a great turn out and plans are already underway to make next year even better again. Watch this space…
On June 17th, our Director of Specialist Cars, Peter, headed over to the Three Counties Showground for the final day of the Royal Three Countries Show. He was joined by Morgan Motor Company to show off the stunning collection of Morgan vehicles. It may have been a grey day in terms of weather, but that didn’t dampen the spirits! With falconry displays, parades and the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery, there was plenty to see and play.
On Sunday 19th June, we headed over to the Swansea Festival of Transport. Featuring over 500 vehicles and live music, it was a fantastic free event that we were proud to be a part of. As it fell on Father’s Day, it was great to see people bringing their dads with them, bonding and reminiscing over the vintage vehicles.
We rounded up the month by showing support at Sunshine Radio’s ‘proud to be local’ 2016 Horsepower Motorshow. With over 25 vehicles on show, we headed down to offer visitors free sales advice. It was a fun-filled family day out with plenty of entertainment, face painting and even an opportunity to have a photograph with Batman and the Batmobile.
